About
Ironshore Security Ltd. was founded in the summer of 2024 by business partners Michael Sanford and Jordan Brown. Recognising the surge in population growth, new businesses, and construction projects, the entrepreneurs saw the need for increased security services in the Cayman Islands.
Along with a 5% population increase in 2023 came a more transient society, with expatriates now comprising over 53% of the total population in Cayman. Additionally, the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service reported a 3.9% increase in total recorded crimes, totaling 3,955 incidents in 2023.
These evolving challenges have heightened the demand for more security services in the country, leading to the establishment of Ironshore Security to provide comprehensive security solutions and protective services in Grand Cayman.
The founders envisioned a company that not only addresses the immediate security concerns of a growing population and diverse business landscape but also anticipates future challenges.
